Paradigm, a major crypto venture capital firm, has submitted a paper arguing that regulatory intervention in Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) could be detrimental to the crypto industry. The paper, written by Alexander Grieve, VP of Government Affairs at Paradigm, with Rodrigo Seira, a lawyer, encourages the SEC to take a tech-neutral, flexible approach that preserves decentralization and fosters innovation.
